The draft conference schedule is currently under preparation and will be announced within the next couple of weeks.

Please note that the final program will be confirmed only after the completion of the paper review process and once all corresponding authors have finalized their registration. Therefore, the definitive schedule will not be available before the first week of April.

In the meantime, we strongly encourage participants to proceed with their travel arrangements in parallel, as September is a particularly busy month for tourism in Athens and accommodation availability may become limited.

Should any conflicts arise between the final schedule and your travel plans, the Organizing Committee will make every reasonable effort to accommodate such situations.
