For the participation to Conference Dinner a separate ticket shall be purchased. The tickets for the Conference Dinner will become available in due time.
Cancellation Policy
Authors Registration: At least one author for each accepted manuscript shall register to the conference before March 2026. Papers without a registered author will not be published in the conference proceedings. There is a limit of 2 (two) manuscripts per registered corresponding author. For any additional manuscript, corresponding authors will be charged a 100 € fee.
Invitation Letters: Should you require an invitation letter to support your application for a Greek visa, please email us at secretary@tc301-athens.com. In order to comply with Greek Immigration rules, invitation letters will only be provided to registered attendees who have paid for the Conference.
Invoices: According to the Greek Taxation Law, invoices will be issued after the completion of the Conference. For those attendees requiring a proof of payment for justifying their expenses, we will be able to issue a proforma invoice. The proforma invoice will describe the type of ticket and the terms of purchase but should by no means replace the actual invoice.
Professionals or companies that are tax residents in Greece and want to exempt your conference registration from taxation, may contact the Conference secretary to request a Greek Invoice specifying the VAT number, Tax Office and professional address.
