Manuscript Submission

The editorial team is currently finalizing the review and production process for all accepted submissions.

Authors who have not yet uploaded their revised manuscript are kindly requested to do so as soon as possible to avoid delays in the preparation of the conference proceedings.

We thank all authors for their contributions and cooperation throughout the review process.

Preparing Your Presentation

All oral presentations are scheduled to take place on 16 and 17 September 2026.

To ensure a consistent and professional conference experience, presenting authors are kindly requested to use the conference presentation template provided below.

Oral Presentations

  • Presentation duration: 10 minutes, including questions and discussion.
  • Recommended number of slides: approximately 10 slides.
  • Please ensure that presentations are clear, concise, and focused on the key findings and practical implications of your work.

Presentations may also be delivered in person during the conference at the Speaker Ready Room.

General Instructions

Before submitting your contribution to TC301, please review the information below to familiarize yourself with the submission process and publication terms.

Step 1. Abstract Submission (CLOSED)

Step 2. Manuscript Submission (CLOSED – Limited Late Submissions Accepted)

  • Only authors of accepted abstracts will be allowed to submit a full manuscript. Submissions of manuscripts shall be made through the Online Portal.
  • The submitted material should be original, prepared to a high scholarly standard and fully referenced.
  • There is no restriction on the length of manuscripts, provided that the text is concise and comprehensive. Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, interpretation and presentation of the manuscript. All authors should be acknowledged accurately and clearly.
  • Manuscripts will be subjected to peer-review.

Step 3. Final Paper Submission

  • The acceptance decisions will take into account paper novelty, technical depth, practical or theoretic impact, and clarity.
  • Review results will be communicated to the authors no later than 3 months of the time of the submission. Authors will have a period of 1 month to modify their manuscript according to the reviewers comments and submit a revised version.
  • Only papers that have addressed all reviewers’ comments and comply with the template format of the Conference will be eligible for publication in the Conference proceedings. Authors are not expected to comment or reply to the reviewers’ comments.
  • Accepted manuscripts will be presented either orally or as e-poster.

Step 4. Publication to Conference Proceedings

  • For a paper to be published in the conference proceedings, at least one of its corresponding author shall be registered to the conference.
  • The authors shall complete their registration before 12 May 2026.
