We have started sending out the outcomes of the first round of paper reviews to authors. Please rest assured that the Scientific and Organizing Committees are making every effort to complete the reviews within the next few weeks without compromising the quality of the process.
Manuscript Submission
We are pleased to announce that the full paper submission phase has now been successfully completed. The Organizing Committee is sincerely grateful for the strong interest in the Conference and for the high-quality contributions received.
To ensure broad scientific representation at the Conference, we are currently accepting a limited number of late submissions from authors whose abstracts have already been accepted. The submission platform will therefore remain open for a short additional period to accommodate these cases.
Authors who are eligible are strongly encouraged to submit their manuscripts as soon as possible, as timely submission supports an efficient and thorough review process.
If, for any reason, you are unable to complete your submission within this additional timeframe, please contact the Conference Secretariat at secretary@tc301-athens.com. Requests will be considered on an individual basis.
Please ensure that all submissions strictly follow the official paper template, available at the link below. Papers that do not comply with the template may not be considered for review.
Ready to Submit?
Manuscripts must be submitted through the ISSMGE electronic submission portal by following the steps below:
- Log in to your ISSMGE account (the same one used during abstract submission).
- Access your dashboard by clicking “Conference Review Platform“, where you will find a list of your submissions.
- Click on the title of the submission for which you wish to upload the manuscript. This will take you to the paper submission page.
- Follow the instructions provided to upload your manuscript and complete the submission.
- Upon successful submission, you will receive a confirmation email, and the submission status will change to “Decision Pending.”

General Instructions
Before submitting your contribution to TC301, please review the information below to familiarize yourself with the submission process and publication terms.
Step 1. Abstract Submission (CLOSED)
Step 2. Manuscript Submission (CLOSED – Limited Late Submissions Accepted)
- Only authors of accepted abstracts will be allowed to submit a full manuscript. Submissions of manuscripts shall be made through the Online Portal.
- The submitted material should be original, prepared to a high scholarly standard and fully referenced.
- There is no restriction on the length of manuscripts, provided that the text is concise and comprehensive. Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, interpretation and presentation of the manuscript. All authors should be acknowledged accurately and clearly.
- Manuscripts will be subjected to peer-review.
Step 3. Final Paper Submission
- The acceptance decisions will take into account paper novelty, technical depth, practical or theoretic impact, and clarity.
- Review results will be communicated to the authors no later than 3 months of the time of the submission. Authors will have a period of 1 month to modify their manuscript according to the reviewers comments and submit a revised version.
- Only papers that have addressed all reviewers’ comments and comply with the template format of the Conference will be eligible for publication in the Conference proceedings. Authors are not expected to comment or reply to the reviewers’ comments.
- Accepted manuscripts will be presented either orally or as e-poster.
Step 4. Publication to Conference Proceedings
- For a paper to be published in the conference proceedings, at least one of its corresponding author shall be registered to the conference.
- The authors shall complete their registration before 12 May 2026.
