Registration & Payment Process

Most registrations are completed in a single step, with payment made immediately during the online registration process.

Registrations including the Acropolis Technical Visit follow a different procedure, as participation is subject to availability and prior confirmation by the Organizing Committee.

• Conference Registration + Acropolis Technical Visit: After submitting your registration, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that your application has been received. Once your place on the Acropolis visit has been confirmed, you will receive a secure payment link to complete payment for all items included in your registration.
• Acropolis Technical Visit only: If you are applying only for the Acropolis Technical Visit, you will receive an acknowledgement email after submitting your application. Once your participation has been confirmed, you will receive instructions to finalize your registration. No payment is required for the visit.

Registration Fees: By registering in the event you are entitled to:

• Admission to all Technical Sessions
• Free access to Lunch and coffee breaks throughout the conference
• Free access to Conference Reception (held at the first day of the Conference)
• Delegate bag & conference material
• Digital access to the conference proceedings

Cancellation Policy

• Registered participants are entitled to a full (100%) refund (excluding any bank/payment fees) in case of cancellation of their registration no later than 1 month prior to the expiration of the respective fee validity.
• Registered participants are entitled to 50% refund (excluding any bank/payment fees) in case of cancellation of their registration no later than 15 days prior to the expiration of the respective fee validity.
• No refunds will be provided in case of cancellations requested later than 15 days prior to the Conference.

Author Registration

At least one author of each accepted manuscript must register for the Conference. Papers without a registered author will not be published in the Conference Proceedings. Each registered corresponding author may present up to two (2) accepted manuscripts.

Supporting Documentation

Invitation Letters: If you require an invitation letter to support your application for a Greek visa, please contact the Conference Secretariat at secretary@tc301-athens.com. To comply with Greek immigration regulations, invitation letters will only be issued to registered participants who have paid the conference registration fee.

Invoices: According to Greek tax legislation, invoices will be issued after the completion of the Conference. Participants requiring proof of payment for reimbursement purposes may request a proforma invoice, which confirms the registration details and payment but does not replace the final tax invoice.

Greek Invoices: Professionals or companies that are tax residents in Greece and wish to receive a Greek invoice with VAT exemption may contact the Conference Secretariat, providing their VAT number, Tax Office, and registered business address.
